Lately I’ve been listening to a lot of “Electro Soul” thanks to my homie Sergio of PeopleForProgression (thanks for putting me on bro-chacho) and at the top of my playlist, which is currently played religiously at my apartment is the SO-DOPE Swedish group, “Little Dragon”. We caught their jam packed concert at the Prospect Park Bandshell this past friday on the second-to-the-last day of “Celebrating Brooklyn”, New York’s longest-running, free summer-long outdoor performing art festivals.

Since then, I was able to listen to majority of their tracks from all of their 3 albums, especially the latest “Ritual Union” and I’ve got to say that I’m glad to be branching out to other music. Lead singer Yukimi’s voice is absolutely hypnotizing and collectively as a band - is a recipe for a killer album having listeners wanting more. Plus, I have to mention that Yukimi’s style is freakin rad!! Here’s a little live session of Little Dragon performing one of my favorite tracks off their latest - “Shuffle A Dream”. Enjoy!
